Zeno Bank fees are 0% right now because the fee system is not built yet. We are still early and fully focused on shipping product improvements and making the product as solid as possible. Today, the only fee you will pay is the network fee when you withdraw funds. This is the blockchain fee required to send the withdrawal transaction, and it is usually just a few cents, depending on the network. Once the Zeno Bank fee system is released, fees will be deducted automatically when you receive a payment. Fees will apply only from that moment onward and will not be charged retroactively on any past payments. We’re also still deciding on the long term pricing model. We may keep a simple percentage fee, or move to a freemium model where you pay for advanced features and add ons. Whatever we choose, one thing is clear: we are committed to keeping fees low.
