How Withdrawals Work

If you are using managed wallet mode, you can withdraw your funds to your own wallet. You can review the applicable fees on the Fees page.

Withdrawals may take up to 24 hours to be processed, but they are normally completed much faster.

You don’t need to worry about conversion. We will automatically convert your funds to your chosen withdrawal token at no additional fees or markup.

We do not currently support direct withdrawals to fiat. However, if you contact our support team, we can assist you through a third-party service.
